Cancun Valet - 77506 Cancún

I contacted this company through TripAdvisor. Normally TripAdvisor is pretty on the ball. My first suggestion to my gut feeling was accurate. NEVER EVER GIVE YOUR CC first over a website. The website states that your are not charged unless you agree on the price. Now this guy is saying the price is on the website. That’s not true. They wanted to charge extra to pick me up from the Aloft hotel vs the airport. I said no. I never ever agreed to the pickup . I was only interested in a one way from iberostar back to Cancún airport. The guy is still lying to me via email stating that I agreed then cancelled late. I never agreed because why pay 70-90 for a ride I can get for 50 via taxi?

We highly recommend this taxi company. My daughter was landing in 3 hours coming in from Europe and we had not booked a taxi as per the advise given on the airport site. Panic ... but we called Cancun Valet and they arranged a taxi for our daughter and even assisted in getting her a mobile sim card at the airport! After a 20 hour flight she was very very happy that they assisted her. She was catching the ferry to Isla Mujeres and they even had the ferry ticket ready for her in the taxi. Great service and very trustworthy.

This will be the 3rd time that we've used Cancun Valet for our transportation in the Cancun & Riviera Maya areas. They made transportation for our wedding guests easy. They were prompt, professional, attentive and their attention to detail is unmatched. We will definitely book again when we're back. Thanks, Vic!

This was our first experience using Cancun Valet, but definitely not our last! The service Vic and his crew provided was phenomenal. We had a group of 44 people to transport from Cancun to our resort in Riveria Maya. They were prompt, professional, reasonably priced and their attention to detail was amazing! We will definitely use them in our future visits to the area. Thanks Vic!

AVOID!!!!! Used this website for airport transportation in Cancun to and from our resort. They were late to pick us up when we arrived which we didn’t mind. They didn’t show up at our resort at the scheduled pick up time to take us to the airport though. It was 4:30am and we were waiting for an hour at the lobby. I tried calling them, no one answered. I emailed them, no one ever answered. I called hours later and asked what happened and the guy got defensive and yelled at me. He said the driver was there at 4:45am (15 minutes late) and waited until 5:00am before leaving. I didn’t get a call/email/anything! He said only he can use the phone and he was asleep. He also blamed me because my hotel reservation wasn’t under my name and I’m not sure what that has to do with anything. My name was registered to the room. DO NOT BOOK a service where they don’t even show up to take you to the airport in a foreign country. Then rudely blame you for it. USE USA TRANSFERS INSTEAD! They are reliable and affordable! With great customer service! I’ll be making a claim through my bank to get my money back.

Wonderful experience!!! I contacted them very last minute due to an unexpected change in our original transportation plans. I requested a ride online, and then I spoke with Vic, whom was very professional and helpful. He mentioned that he was going to try his very best to get me a ride to the airport as soon as possible. He called me back in two minutes and had a driver en route to pick us up. The driver was named Eric and he arrived right on time. He had a sign that included the name of the company and the van was labeled. Normally they would have had a printed sign with our name on it, but since I called very last minute to schedule the ride Vic informed me that would not be available. He also informed me that our driver would have our information on his phone just to confirm the correct pickup. That was an added safety measure that made us feel even more comfortable. Eric helped load our luggage into the van. The drive to the airport was perfect. Eric is a great driver and we felt very comfortable the entire ride to the airport. I will definitely use their services again in the future. Their service is a great value!

I am SO happy that I found Cancun Valet before our trip to Cancun. I searched the internet trying to find someone who was willing to do ground transportation from our hotel to Xel-ha. It was tricky because all the transportation groups either want you to book the entire tour through them, or they only offer airport transportation. I was frustrated until I found Cancun Valet. They were exactly what I was looking for. Their website gave estimates for transportation all over Cancun, and, when I wasn't sure, I sent an email to Victor to confirm the price and availability before booking. He responded very quickly and gave me instructions on how to complete the booking. The prices were very reasonable and better than I could find elsewhere. Then, after our arrival in Cancun, we discovered we would also need transportation for a fishing trip on a different day. I reached out to Victor and he was again quick to respond and get us set up even though the new trip was less than 48 hours away. We enjoyed the same driver for both trips. I am sorry I can't remember his name!! He was kind, polite, and timely. He was always where he said he would be and either on time or early. I would highly recommend Victor and his crew for any transportation needs you have while in Cancun. We will definitely use him again the next time we visit! Thank you!!

Used this company from Cancun to Akumal ... I was highly anxious due to our flight being delayed from Dallas to Cancun. All was so well. The driver communicated with us. We waited for about 20 minutes upon landing. Wonderful. We plan on using them again in the spring while visiting Tankah.
