I had rented two 54ft yachts for my 41 guests through Alejandro Goizueta of Boat Cancun Paradise. One of the yachts was named Pepeno and owned by Renta de Yates en Cancun. The captain and crew started asking for tips within the first two hours of our 8 hour rental. The crew starting hiding bottles of alcohol and food we had brought onboard. The rudeness between the crew and captain led to them vacating with half of our party and dropping them off at Marina Puesta del Sol. Once they arrived at the dock, our guests were not given an opportunity to collect the alcohol or food we had brought with us. Harassment of tip continued until all guests got off the boat. We were told by Alejandro Goizueta of Boat Cancun Paradise that he could not help even though both yachts were booked through him. Not only did we lose the funds paid for the yacht but additional $500 worth of food and drinks.
