Cancun Yacht Rentals and Party Boat by Riviera Charters - 77500 Cancún

My friends and I had a sensational experience today on the boat. We were immediately greeted with a warm welcome. The service was exceptional, and the food was delicious. June, Ricardo, Jorge you are a national treasures. I would highly recommend this to anyone who sees this review, let me tell you!

We had the most amazing and memorable experience with this crew. The chef’s food was fresh, delicious, and a great presentation. He made sure we all had enough to eat and enjoyed every bite. The crew was courteous and tailored to our every need. Couldn’t have asked for a better way fo celebrate my best friend’s wedding. 14 girls on a yacht in the middle of the beautiful ocean, eating amazing food, jamming to our favorite music. Yes please! I would do it all again in a heart beat. Thank you for the amazing memories!

Very nice charter, the crew was wonderful, the food was wonderful and the drinks were perfect! This was our first time renting a yacht in Cancun and we will absolutely do it again! Jessica, our initial contact, was very pleasant and very helpful. We had some concerns about the first day we picked with regard to the expected weather, and, since they had some other open days, she was extremely accommodating in helping us pick another day that forecasted better weather conditions. Just know that the weather in Cancun is very unpredictable and can be very different just a couple miles apart. Overall, Andres, Miguel, Rosario, Jorge and Oscar were all very helpful, very attentive and very concerned about our comfort, safety, and overall experience. Our hostess Miss Magda, was also delightful. Very, very positive experience and would highly recommend! A little understanding of Spanish is also very helpful. Can’t wait to go back!

Eddie, Gary, Chef Jorge and Captain Juan took on an amazing yacht tour!! It is hard to beat the level of service they offered. The food was incredibly fresh. Chef Jorge's guacamole needs to be bottled and sold for mass production. Eddie's and Gary's service was by far the best part. Communication was easy. 5 stars does not do this crew justice. Cannot recommend enough, if you're on the fence, just book it and relax, they'll take care the rest.

Wow where do I even start! The experience was amazing from start to finish! Communication was perfect about our charter and where to meet etc. Upon entering yacht, we were greeted with a platter of delicious fruit and margaritas! The crew was delightful and the chef did amazing! We absolutely loved the tacos, they were so flavorful! We do a lot of yacht charters and this was definitely one of our favorites! I promise you will not be disappointed! 10/10!

Had an absolutely incredible experience with Riviera Charters. We booked a 60' Sunseeker for 10 guests for my wife's birthday and every aspect was perfect. From the booking/planning to the boat to the crew to the food/beverage, it could not have been any better. Highly recommend!

I booked 2 catamarans for my wedding guests. I had been working on this for about a month prior and Jessica was great with all of her communication from beginning to end. I ask a lot of questions and she never got tired of answering them. We had 3 shuttles that picked us up and dropped us off on time. The boat ride was amazing! The boats were clean and spacious. The crew was outstanding as well. Celeste was one of our stews she was awesome. The food was really good and picture perfect. I would have preferred the life jackets that go over your chest not just waist area but that is small. f you are thinking about booking a company I highly recommend them! You will not be disappointed!

Had such a great time with our Cancun Yacht Rental! The communication from start to finish with booking to the day that we arrived at the marina was A1 and exceptional. I’ve done many boat rentals on vacation but this was the first time that we had a chef on board for providing us with our snacks and meals vs pre made meals. We didn’t expect that and it was so nice to have. The crew members were amazing and made sure that we were comfortable. Can’t wait to come back and rent from them again. 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for a charter!
