★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great accommodation option close to shops and restaurants in Cancun. Walter the owner is really friendly and responsive. Our room was very comfortable with hot high pressured showers, comfortable beds and fast wifi. The shared kitchen area and outdoor lounge space was really beautiful too. It was excellent value for money and a nice safe neighbourhood. Would recommend!
