★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will give this experience a 5 point star. Tatiana was super helpful and made the booking process easy. Although our original yacht was having mechanical issues Tatiana was able to accommodate us and gave us another boat. The captain and assistant went above and beyond to give us the best experience ever! I definitely recommend them! And will be booking another yacht with them next year! :)))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Yacht experience ever!!!!!!!! My husband and I celebrated our 25th anniversary in Cancun and rented a yacht for our main celebration. It was all we expected and more. First let me start with how easy making the reservation with Tatiana was, then we met our host Mark, the kindest person you would ever want to meet. Then finally our crew, yes we call the OUR CREW Rafael, Saul, Elias and William are the best people in the world. They catered to our every need on the trip, they played any music we wanted to hear, were very interactive with us taking pictures for us, helping us navigate through the yacht. They made us wish we would have kept the Yacht for the entire day. Thank you guys and yo will see us again!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My best yacht experience so far!! We had a large group and rented one of the biggest boat offered. Everything was outstanding. Very professional staff took care of us during our 4 hour journey. Literally I wasn't without a drink even a minute. Food was delicious. In the past I only experienced snacks and fast food options on boats and here we had variety of meat, seafood, vegetables, fruits. Premium alcohol bar. Three very clean and nice bathrooms. The stop for snorkeling was very scenic. Ohhh and that water colour!!! DJ was great too. I can't think of anything that can be improved. CancunBoats were amazing, they provided throughout support and responded to any message instantaneously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The entire experience was great! The yacht was absolutely gorgeous, well furnished and equipped. The staff were all very nice and attentive to all our needs and questions. Great lunch, plenty of drinks on board. We later spent some time swimming in the warm Caribbean waters. Needless to say, we had a wonderful time. Can't wait to come back again. Thank you to our host Tatiana who provided us with a lot of information and organized the whole tour, we ended up having a fantastic Christmas holiday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We couldn't have been happier with our yacht rental! Communication was top notch. Tatiana responded to emails quickly and Fernando met us at the marina. We rented the Azimut 3F 48ft yacht with an added on food and beverage package for 6 hours for our group work incentive trip of 14 people. The crew (captain "El Jefe", Fernanda and helper) plus the chef were all AMAZING! The food cooked by the chef was fresh and delicious. The drinks were plentiful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're looking for something more and very personalized during your vacation, book through Tatiana. Our family of 12 had the best time out exploring the waters with an excellent crew! We blocked the 6 hour package directly through their website and they were very clear on cost, port fees, and anticipated questions - we felt super comfortable traveling and using this service! In fact, out of the whole week, this one the most talked about event the family did. The arrangements, crew, and sun made the whole experience effortless... perfect way to enjoy Cancun. We'll be sure to look you up again on future travels.
