★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio al pagar con tarjetas, tienen un papelito minúsculo en la terminal que no es terminal bancaria y por eso tienen tanto problema. Yo tuve que reclamar al banco la devolución del dinero de la compra porque NUNCA me lo devolvió la tienda y tengo la evidencia, asi que de peso en peso se quedan una buena cantidad;
La señora encargada pésima para el trato al cliente, y personal muy ineficiente en caja; y por si fuera poco, una vez se me ocurrió hacerle el favor a una compañera y pague con un vale...............NO NO NO, la impresora dura horas!!!!!. Muy mal mejor no compren ahí si pueden.
Very bad service when paying with cards, they have a tiny piece of paper in the terminal that is not a bank terminal and that is why they have so much trouble. I had to claim the bank for the refund of the purchase money because the store NEVER returned it to me and I have the evidence, so from weight to weight they stay a good amount;
Terrible lady in charge for customer service, and very inefficient staff at checkout; and as if that were not enough, once it occurred to me to do a favor to a colleague and pay with a voucher ............... NO NO NO, the printer lasts for hours !!!!! . Too bad, better not buy there if you can.
