★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los contraté porque me hicieron un evento y me encantó, pero ahora me quedaron super mal, como si hubieran dejado todo al último, nada alusivo al tema que pedí, ni si quiera un letrero, pusieron pocos dulces y la decoración de la mesa de dulces quedó horrible, llegaron super tarde y quedaron en compensarme con un globo que como tuve que salir, no dejaron, no los vuelvo a contrataaar de verdad estoy muy enojada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy enfadado por qué quien responde el teléfono es muy grosera. Me dijo que era su hora de comida y que si quería llamará después. (Yo como iba a saber si llamé antes de la 1pm)
Llamé más tarde y ootra vez me dejó esperando.
Quizá deban poner a alguien que tenga educación por qué es la primer impresión de su empresa.
Quería que hiciera depósito sin especificarme si podía hacer el arreglo que necesito. Me pareció estafa pues radico en otra ciudad y quería sorprender a alguien especial en Querétaro. Ya encontré dónde me dan calidad sin limosnear por atención.
Very angry why whoever answers the phone is so rude. He told me it was his lunchtime and that if he wanted to, he would call later. (How would I know if I called before 1pm)
I called later and another time he kept me waiting.
Maybe they should put someone who is educated as why it is the first impression of your company.
He wanted me to make a deposit without specifying if I could make the arrangement I need. I thought it was a scam because I live in another city and I wanted to surprise someone special in Querétaro. I already found where they give me quality without begging for attention.
