Las clases online han sido mi salvación, desde que comencé a tomarlas, he visto mejoras en mi cuerpo, duermo mejor y estoy de un humor increíble. Lo que me gusta en particular de Canela, es que cualquier duda que tengo de posiciones o de cualquier cosa, les escribo en su IG y me responden en cuestión de minutos.
