★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abren todos los días, incluso los festivos. La atención es excelente. Personal muy amable. Para la esterilización primero vacinan a la maacota contra la rabia, pasan a valoracion y si todo esta bien, dan la cita 15 días después.
Hay que traer a los perritos con correa y a los gatos con transportadora o bolsa de malla.
Open daily, including holidays. Attention is excellent. Very friendly staff. For sterilization first vacinan to maacota against rabies, they go to valuation and if all is well, give the appointment 15 days later.
Must bring the dogs with belt and cats with conveyor or mesh bag.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiencia y rapidéz. Hacen el trabajo muy bien, los animalitos no se infectan y son súper amables además de muy pacientes. Te explican al término de la cirugía todos los cuidados en detalle que hay que darle a las mascotitas.
Experience and speed. They do the job very well, the animals do not get infected and they are super friendly as well as very patient. They explain to you at the end of the surgery all the care in detail that must be given to the pets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desafortunadamente realizaron mal la cirugía de esterilización a mi gatita, postergaron la anomalía que empezó a tener argumentando que lo manejan por citas viendo claramente que podía agravar el asunto y tenía que ser tratada YA. Tuve que llevarla de URGENCIA a un veterinario particular a que arreglaran su mala cirugía.
Tuve buena atención respecto a que fueron amables pero no volvería a llevar a mis mascotas a cirugía.
Unfortunately, they performed the sterilization surgery on my kitten wrong, they postponed the anomaly that she began to have, arguing that they handle her by appointment, clearly seeing that it could aggravate the matter and had to be treated NOW. I had to take her urgently to a private vet to have her bad surgery fixed.
I had good care in that they were kind but I would not take my pets to surgery again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atropellaron una perrita enfrente de mi casa, la vio un veterinario pero estaba tan mal que pocos minutos después murió la pobre. Llevé su cuerpo a este centro de atención y nos atendieron bien. Llevé el cuerpo de la perrita en una bolsa de plástico transparente y además dentro de una caja grande de cartón.
Allá me pidieron algunos datos, y con respecto al cuerpo, me pidieron ayudarles a colocarlo en otra bolsa plástica que ellos me dieron, y me pidieron que la caja la deshiciera y la colocara en un contenedor.
No me cobraron por el servicio.
Tengo entendido que dan servicio (programado) de esterilización y vacunación antirrábica, pero no sé si también sean gratuitos.
Agradezco su servicio.
A dog was run over in front of my house, a vet saw her but she was so bad that a few minutes later the poor thing died. I took his body to this care center and they took good care of us. I took the dog's body in a transparent plastic bag and also inside a large cardboard box.
There they asked me for some information, and regarding the body, they asked me to help them place it in another plastic bag that they gave me, and they asked me to unpack the box and place it in a container.
They didn't charge me for the service.
I understand that they provide (scheduled) sterilization and rabies vaccination services, but I don't know if they are also free.
I appreciate your service.
