★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes la atención era mucho mejor y algo más rápida, pero ahora con la modalidad de ir al banco de banorte y pagar para que te puedan atender a tú perro, gato, huracanes, etc .Si se requiere la consulta de urgencia no te la dan sino pagas antes en el banco de banorte y eso se me hace bastante ilógico y justo para los dueños de los animanitos que están muy enfermos y que requieren atención rápida. Ojalá que quitaran esa modalidad de ir a pagar al banco para que así el servicio de atención sea mucho mejor .

Es de gran ayuda para los habitantes de la zona y para sus mascotas, las esterilizaciones son a bajo costo y los atienden excelente
Es incómodo el pago en el banco pero vale la pena

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando llegamos y pedimos información para desparasitaciones y para vacuna contra la rabia nos dieron precios los cuales teníamos que ir a pagar a Banorte en baucher y nos dijeron que no necesitaba consulta al regresar con nuestros pagos ya hechos los pagos e el banco nos dijeron que siempre si se necesita ya pagar consulta, pero que la podíamos pagar en el centro de bienestar. la consulta es inexistente, ni lo revisan ni los pesan ni siquiera tienen báscula para pesar a los animalitos y lo único que hacen es aplicar la vacuna y las desparasitaciones a los animalitos ni los ven son unos tranzas tengan cuidado y exigen sus derechos. Todo esto sucedió en el horario de la tarde los encargados fueron lado veterinaria y otro hombre ellos fueron los que nos cobraron la consulta inexistente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El cajero de fin de semana super flojo el señor, echando culpas a los trabajadores de entre semana que no dejaron las vacunas para la rabia y despues diciendo que ademas no hay lugar hasta marzo y le pedi una cita y me dijo que no hay citas que solo vaya en marzo y a ver si hay servicio, que mejor fuera entre semana por que hay mas gente, muchas excusas, para que tener gente con pesima actitud de servicio si les molesta trabajar
