Mi perro estuvo con ellos 5 semanas en las cuales jamás recibí un mensaje, video o llamada contando algún tipo de progreso, cada que hablábamos (que era seguido porque marcaba mínimo 3 veces a la semana para ver como iba mi perro), era lo mismo, palabras de lo que pensaba hacer con mi perro pero nada concreto ni avances ni nada. Varias veces Lizeth me dejo plantada, diciendo cosas como que alguien se enfermó y tuvo que ir al hospital, o simplemente no contestó el teléfono y no apareció. El día que lo recogimos, no nos dejaron entrar al lugar donde lo tenían, ella obviamente no apareció, simplemente alguien desconocido para mi, sacó a mi perro, nos lo entregó y nos tomó una foto para comprobar que lo entregó. Mi perro olía a excremento, lleva 3 dias con diarrea, trae marcas en la cara, tuvo fiebre y se está recuperando de la deshidratación que traía. En su cola no supimos que le pasó, pero traía hemorragia y no tiene fuerzas ni para estar de pie por mucho tiempo. Se me hace injusto que estas personas sigan recibiendo perros cuando se nota no tienen ni el tiempo, ni los recursos necesarios para cuidarlos. Y ya ni hablar de el trato hacia las personas, Rodrigo jamás contestó mis llamadas, todo el trato fué con Lizeth quien no cumplió ninguna de las cosas que dijo haría con mi perro, es mas, ni un simple comprobante de pago me pudo dar. Sigan con su diplomado si quieren pero por favor ya no reciban perros, no les importa en absoluto el bienestar de los mismos y no ayudan a nadie haciéndonos perder dinero, tiempo y en el caso de mi perro, confianza.
My experience with them is terrible. My dog was with them for 5 weeks in which I never received a message, video or call telling me of any kind of progress, every time we talked (which was followed because I checked at least 3 times a week to see how my dog was doing), it was the same , words of what I thought to do with my dog but nothing concrete or progress or anything. Several times Lizeth stood me up, saying things like someone got sick and had to go to the hospital, or she just didn't answer the phone and didn't show up. The day we picked it up, they did not let us enter the place where they had it, she obviously did not appear, just someone unknown to me, took my dog out, gave it to us, and took a photo of us to verify that it was delivered. My dog smelled of excrement, he has had diarrhea for 3 days, he has marks on his face, he had a fever and he is recovering from the dehydration that he brought. In his tail we did not know what happened to him, but he was bleeding and he does not have the strength to stand for long. It makes me unfair that these people continue to receive dogs when it shows they have neither the time nor the resources to care for them. And not even talking about the treatment of people, Rodrigo never answered my calls, the whole deal was with Lizeth who did not fulfill any of the things she said she would do with my dog, what's more, not even a simple payment receipt could she give me. Keep your diploma if you want but please no longer receive dogs, they do not care about their welfare at all and do not help anyone by making us lose money, time and in the case of my dog, trust.
