No saben la impotencia y lo estresante que es escucharlo llorar de día y de noche. Soy su vecina y no es la primera vez que me toca sufrir con los perritos que les dejan para guardería. Ojalá y atiendan mi suplica, sino tendré que acudir a las autoridades correspondientes.

They don't know the helplessness and how stressful it is to hear him cry day and night. I am his neighbor and it is not the first time that I have to suffer with the dogs that are left for nursery. Hopefully they will attend to my plea, otherwise I will have to go to the corresponding authorities.
