★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para empezar este lugar está padrísimo y recomiendo mucho que vayan a visitarlo. Yo he ido varias veces e incluso hemos acampado ahí.
Como llegar: para llegar al inicio del cañón tienen de dos, se pueden ir caminando desde la presa rompepicos, pero es bastante el tramo de caminar y créanme que si les agarra el sol en el camino de ida o regreso, la van a sufrir. Lo óptimo es irse en camioneta de preferencia desde la presa rompepicos al cañón, pueden buscar la ruta en Wikiloc y ver exactamente en qué lugar deben girar para ir hacia el cañón.
Bueno ya estando ahí primero verán un pequeño cañonsito muy bonito y padre con el camino perfecto para tomar buenas fotos y disfrutar de la sombra (les recomiendo acampar en esa zona) ahora para meterse más al cañón y llegar a la parte más amplia del cañón deberán caminar un tramo no largo, de paso cómodo sin mayor dificultad en el camino, así que pueden ir niños o personas con condición moderada o hasta nula condición con un paso tranquilo. El camino está súper bien marcando ya sea por montoncitos de piedras o flechas dibujadas en algunas rocas, no hay pierde.
Recuerden llevarse la basura con la que llegan, y si ven basura de alguien más pues de una vez denle aventon, lleven agua, bloqueador y algún snack. Y sobre todo Sean respetuosos con su entorno, plantas y animales. Disfruten del recorrido.
To begin with, this place is terrific and I highly recommend that you visit it. I have been several times and we have even camped there.
How to get there: to get to the beginning of the canyon there are two of them, you can walk from the breakwater dam, but it is quite the stretch of walking and believe me that if the sun catches you on the way there or back, you will suffer. The best thing is to go by truck preferably from the breakwater dam to the canyon, you can look up the route in Wikiloc and see exactly where you have to turn to go to the canyon.
Well, being there, you will first see a very nice little canyon and father with the perfect path to take good photos and enjoy the shade (I recommend camping in that area) now to get deeper into the canyon and reach the widest part of the canyon you must walking a not long stretch, with a comfortable pace without much difficulty on the way, so children or people with moderate or even no condition can go with a calm step. The path is very good marking either by piles of stones or arrows drawn on some rocks, there is no loss.
Remember to take the garbage with which you arrive, and if you see someone else's garbage then give it a lift, bring water, sunscreen and a snack. And above all, Be respectful of your environment, plants and animals. Enjoy the tour.
