★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super mal servicio, cometen errores y no tratan de solucionar, solo tratan de hacerte sentir culpable. Pague un servicio nada barato y la empresa que ellos contratan tuvo un error y solo se justificaron diciendo que el error fue de la empresa que contratan para ese servicio , pero yo le pagué a canopolis y si la empresa que contratan se equivoca como yo le pagué a canopolis, entonces ellos mismos deben resolverlo, pero no! al contrario se excusaron diciendo que nosotros nos habíamos equivocado y nunca preguntaron nada al respecto, esperaba que al menos por la cantidad que pague resolvieran el problema pero lo único que me gane fue que la señorita de recepción estuviera insistiendo en que nosotros tuvimos la culpa , yo no reclamé nada pero ella seguía justificandose, la verdad en medio del dolor que sentía yo no quería reclamar nada pero fue tanta su insistencia de culpar a todos y no resolver nada que es por eso que expreso mi opinión.
Super bad service, they make mistakes and they don't try to fix, they just try to make you feel guilty. I paid for a service that was not cheap and the company they hired made a mistake and they only justified themselves by saying that the mistake was made by the company they hired for that service, but I paid Canopolis and if the company they hire makes a mistake like I paid to canopolis, then they must solve it themselves, but no! on the contrary, they excused themselves saying that we had made a mistake and never asked anything about it, I hoped that at least for the amount I paid they would solve the problem but the only thing that won me was that the lady at the reception was insisting that we were to blame, I did not claim anything but she continued to justify herself, the truth is that in the midst of the pain I felt I did not want to claim anything but her insistence on blaming everyone and not solving anything was so strong that that is why I express my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue más de lo que esperaba, yo venía de otra veterinaria en donde ya había gastado tanto dinero como no se imaginan, le hicieron examen tras examen y me decían que mi perro había nacido así y que le iban a seguir dando medicamento, pero entonces encontré una segunda opinión en canopolis, en donde había hasta 4 médicos al tanto del caso de mi perro. Nos brindaron la atención que no nos dieron en el otro, nos dieron opciones y nos explicaron que estaba pasando. Estoy muy feliz porque no solo me trataron bien a mi, sino a mi perrito.
