Zip line was okay - nothing to get excited about, operators were friendly and lines felt safe. However the restaurant is dishonest about current USD to Peso exchange rate. As of this review current exchange is 20:1 and restaurant is taking 16:1. They only accept cash so be ready for 25% theft. I don't suggest this establishment, with so many other options other then this place Eden/Predator, go elsewhere.

We were approached by a nice gentleman, Floretino, while relaxing on the beach. He was professional and gave us a great rate on the zip line adventure. Pick up from our hotel was arranged and we met the tour group in town. Bus ride up to the mountain was exciting. El Eden was a blast! They offer other activities but we solely did the zip line. Fernando and Edwardo (CoCo) were so nice and helpful. They make a great team with terrific personalities. Highly recommend the zip line. It’s at a gorgeous location, with a waterfall pool to splash around in. Plus, this is the location where “Predator” was filmed. Loved it! Thank you guys

The communication was terrible leading up to the activity but other than that it was great. Transportation guide was Rafael and he was AMAZING!! The zip lining was so fun, great guides, it was truly AMAZING!! JP was the best, all of them were but he was spectacular. I would definitely recommend anyone to use this company for zip lining, you will not regret it!

Horrible experience! Don’t go with this company tour!!!! I had the most unprofessional and disrespectful experience with the driver. After waiting 25mins for them to arrive (as they were late), when the driver arrived I realized I had to pick up a ticket at my hotel (which was 3mins walk from the picking point). The driver said he was not going to wait even 3 mins even when he was going to pass driving on front of my hotel. I ran to my hotel to pick up the ticket for nothing, as he left and I saw him from the front of my hotel passing without stopping to pick me up. It is a small relax/easy to stop street. He didn’t stopped because he didn’t want to. Totally disrespectful!!!! The driver attitude at all times was extremely rude. I am a world traveler and never had a similar experience to this one. Therefore, I would not recommend to anyone to do a tour with this company. THEY ARE DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL! Please avoid! Canopy El Eden - Thanks for ruining that day! You are awful!

Problems after problems. ATV tour Cons: - The pick up driver was 20minutes late - The provided goggles were either cracked or severely scratched. Very little visibility for some riders due to dirt going inside or scratches present. It's like if they used sand paper to clean them. - Photographer will not allow for you to record or take photos unless you commit to buying expensive photos. - The food was the most expesnsive meal for my whole trip in PV. I'm talking US prices and the Tip was added to the check. NEVER have I had the tip included in the check while in Mexico. - The tequila tasting guy was rude!! He kept pressing a couple infront of us if they were going to purchase something. He legit rolled his eyes and the tone in his voice was as if they were wasting his time by being hesitant. - The lead guide, gave us a dollar amount to tip. His suggestion $10 to $20 USD per person/atv. No problem with tipping but to tell us an exact amount. Wilding. - On the way back the driver asked everyone whether they want to go back to the office or the pick up points. I said I want to go back to my pick up point, as it was very close to our rental. He takes everyone to the office and when I told him that it's not what I asked for, he tells me that I agreed like everyone else to go back to the office. He sees that I'm confused to where Im at and upset and he then directs me to go down the street to catch the bus to go back to the romantic zone. He lied to my face and inconvenienced me so that he would have a quicker and easier route. No tip from me and he lucked out that I did not make a big deal of it. Shoot I was on vacation! Pros: - The guides were funny and helpful. They gave me some good insight and helped with a slow rider in front of us and clipped my bag to the atv. They got a good tip. - On of the workers, that did not come with us, let me use his personal goggles. Of course it was after I asked 3to4 times to check if they had better ones. It was a highlight for sure. But their equipment should not be so worn out. - ATVs were in good shape. - The helmets where sanitized. They smelled heavily of lysol. Overall I would STAY AWAY from this place.

Fun experience! Zip line guides were fun and quirky. A bit pricey.... but it was a great time.

The Zipline and staff were the highlight. It was all down hill from there. [;-)] When we arrived the food smelled amazing but when we ordered they didn't have hardly anyone left from their menu and so I ended up ordering Carne Asada and Red Snapper and both weren't bad, but just bland and didn't match the expectations of the aromas I had on arrival. Also the ride there was absolutely brutal. No BS, your going to need a chiropractor afterwards.

Great spot to explore the jungle of Puerto Vallarta. There is a nice jungle walk, great place to swim, a restaurant (but it’s really overpriced, we recommend eating before you go or brining food with you), zip lining and a small shop.
