★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraccionamiento muy tranquilo, me gustaron las casas, son amplias ( mucho más de lo común en estos días ) y los acabados interiores de buen gusto y muy buenos materiales, me dejó buena impresión y ganas de adquirir una casa ahí ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tardan en dejarte pasar, como que los guardias no se ponen de acuerdo y eso ralentiza el acceso, en tiempos de lluvias la calle de vizcaya tiene muchos charcos y esta muy descuidada con baches y pozos, muy mal para ser un condominio tan pequeño

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un fraccionamiento bonito, desgraciadamente No hay señal, debes salir de la casa para poder hablar por teléfono, varias compañías de Internet no llegan y las pocas que llegan no cubren ni siquiera la mínima parte de lo que te ofrecen. Hay muchos muchos moscos. Y muchas cosas más.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente muy violenta, se hostigan entre vecinos. La misma administración justifica y permite la agresión que tienen los dueños hacia gente que solo renta en el fraccionamiento. Si desea vivir en armonía y tranquilidad, NO recomiendo este lugar. No es un lugar Seguro. Los mismos representantes de la administración son agresivos y problemáticos. Incluso han tenido intenciones de golpear a mujeres.
Very violent people, they harass each other between neighbors. The same administration justifies and allows the aggression that the owners have towards people who only rent in the subdivision. If you want to live in harmony and tranquility, I do NOT recommend this place. It is not a safe place. The same representatives of the administration are aggressive and problematic. They have even had intentions of hitting women.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ INSTALAN TUBOS ROTOS!!!! No compren casas ahí; soy propietaria de una, la compré y pasado el año de garantía, me defraudaron poniendo un tubo roto, que solo parchan, que conecta con el cuarto de lavado y la cocina.
Ellos se lavan las manos argumentando que ese vicio oculto ya no entra en garantía por tiempo y porque no avisé antes de poner el piso. Cómo voy avisar, sino se ve, apareció después por que los parches son temporales. Al final me pusieron un tubo roto, el cual tuve que reparar por mi cuenta, ya que no tenía idea de que éste, era la causa de mi inundación.
INSTALL BROKEN PIPES!!!! Don't buy houses there; I own one, I bought it and after one year of warranty, they defrauded me by putting a broken pipe, which they only patch, that connects with the laundry room and the kitchen.
They wash their hands arguing that this hidden defect is no longer covered by the guarantee due to time and because I did not notify them before laying the floor. How am I going to warn, if not, it appeared later because the patches are temporary. In the end they put a broken pipe in me, which I had to repair on my own, since I had no idea that this was the cause of my flooding.
