Fue una experiencia única!! It is a place with an incredible design, it has a divine terrace with excellent pairing. The room without a single noise, we will definitely come back. It was a unique experience!!

It is a beautiful hotel, very good location, unfortunately the staff is very poorly trained, the level of English is very poor, the food is terrible and it has no coordination with the valet parking!!

Nos quisieron timar no respetando nuestra reservación ya cobrada, CUIDADO, ROBO! ALERTA!!!! El gerente o "administrador " nunca dio la cara. NUNCA caigan aquí We arrive and they want to rob us, they do not respect the reservation and we have no way to solve it. They wanted to rip us off by not respecting our already charged reservation, BEWARE, THEFT! ALERT!!!! The manager or "administrator" never showed his face. NEVER fall here

Las habitaciones del piso planta baja cuentan con techos altos que nos encantaron, también tienen un rooftop con buena comida y desayunos. Lo que podrían mejorar es el servicio al cliente y el ruido generado ya que nos toco la habitación 1 que a nuestro gusto es hermosa pero bastante ruidosa. A hotel with an incredible interior design. The rooms on the ground floor have high ceilings that we loved, they also have a rooftop with good food and breakfasts. What they could improve is the customer service and the noise generated since we had room 1 which to our liking is beautiful but quite noisy.

Y me despertaron a las 6 am porque el huésped anterior pidió su alarma y no la borraron del sistema. Una pena porque está muy lindo el lugar y céntrico pero muy ruidoso para descansar. Desgraciadamente una mala experiencia.

R	R B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My review is limited to the restaurant, where I have dined twice. The first occasion was quite positive, the second a disaster. On that occasion I was first served a cold Caesar salad on a hot plate fresh from the dishwasher. What quality restaurant does that? Then it turned out that the waiter never put in my order leaving me in the embarrassing position of trying to explain to my dinner companions why I had no food in front of me while they enjoyed their dinners. Although the bartender tried to assuage the situation with a complimentary drink and a waitress tried to apologize for her co-worker’s mistake, the chef who came to oversee his tables was totally indifferent to the situation and frankly couldn’t have cared less that a repeat diner had an unsatisfactory meal. I have no reason to return; there are better options on every street corner.
