Ya vengo a medio camino desde Gdl y aun no se si voy a llegar y me van a decir que ya no tienen lugar o algo así. Te piden que les escribas por whats, luego no contestan, vuelvo a marcar y no contestan, te responden con poco profesionalismo y ni si quiera contestan diciendo el nombre del hotel. Ya les contaré como me va si es que no llego y me dicen que ya no hay habitaciones. I have not arrived, but so far in my attempt to book I am very frustrated. I'm already halfway from Gdl and I still don't know if I'm going to get there and they are going to tell me that they no longer have a place or something like that. They ask you to write to them by whats, then they don't answer, I dial again and they don't answer, they answer you with little professionalism and they don't even answer by saying the name of the hotel. I'll tell you how I'm doing if I don't show up and they tell me there are no more rooms.
R	Roberto Gutierrez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es imposible comunicarte con ellos, es la tercera vez que tengo la intención de ir, he tratado de comunicarme a los diferentes números que vienen en su página y en facebook para que me den información y en ninguna los he podido contactar, estoy hablando que los intentos han sido con meses de diferencia y sigue igual, me imagino que deben tener tan lleno que no se dan abasto con las reservas, en fin, no lo volveré a intentar, ojalá y el gerente algún día lea esto y cambie este pésimo servicio. It is impossible to communicate with them, it is the third time that I intend to go, I have tried to contact the different numbers that appear on their page and on Facebook so that they can give me information and I have not been able to contact them at any of them, I am saying that the Attempts have been months apart and it's still the same, I imagine they must be so full that they can't cope with reservations, anyway, I won't try it again, hopefully and the manager one day reads this and changes this lousy service.
B	Benoy Kazani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heaven. The landscape is peaceful, rooms and decor is tasteful. The spa is AMAZING. The service is great, especially the Captain in the restaurant, always cheerful with suggestions and knowledge. Bartenders got some serious skills. Head chef knows what she's doing! Most of the ingredients seem to be locally sourced, "farm to table" for the most part. I love this place!

BUT it's incredibly expensive. the food is overpriced, very small portions for a lot of money. the service in the spa area is very expensive. I paid $ 2,900 for a mediocre massage. we paid $ 6,900 a night, although the internet rate is cheaper. they even charge money for a babysitter if you want to go to the spa. The high costs spoil the mood

Food is delicious, the architecture is spectacular and spa facilities are among the best ones I’ve been. For the type of market/consumers this place targets prices are excellent. My partner and I spent a weekend there and both took two incredible massages and therapies at the spa for around 1K US (meals included). Definitely looking forward to going back.
