★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puntos a considerar, hay rateros y familias de rateros por todos lados, (si compras o rentas casa te recomiendo que inviertas en algún sistema o protección de seguridad, antes de irte a vivir ahí), la gente del rancho es muy indiferente y envidiosa si vienes de la ciudad, la administración del fraccionamiento es pésima, los ductos para el internet y teléfono están mal diseñados e instalados y son inservibles (es un lío la instalación), a menos que optes por internet inalámbrico (de baja calidad) o perforar muros por toda la casa. El fraccionamiento no se hace responsable de nada de lo que suceda, así que checa bien todo antes de firmar algún contrato y toma todas las precauciones habidas y por haber !!!
De ahí en fuera todo lo demás es normal, cómo en cualquier otro fraccionamiento abierto normal ...
Eso sí es una zona muy tranquila y silenciosa en cuanto a escándalos y ruidos etc, ...
