★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En febrero pedí un pizarrón con doble cara para gis y plumón con medidas específicas a Canvas Factory. Me lo entregaron a domicilio en el tiempo acordado, sin embargo, al cabo de unos días, la lámina de plumón del pizarrón comenzó a desprenderse. Le comenté a JM de Canvas Factory y me dio un nuevo plazo aprox de una semana para entregarme un nuevo pizarrón con las mismas especificaciones pero garantizando esta vez la calidad de su proveedor. En todo momento Canvas Factory se mantuvo en comunicación y me brindó una súper atención y calidad de primera en el pizarrón final.

In February, I ordered a custom-sized chalk and marker double-sided board from Canvas Factory. It was delivered to my home at the agreed time, however, after a few days, the sheet of down on the blackboard began to peel off. I told JM from Canvas Factory and he gave me a new deadline of about a week to deliver a new board with the same specifications but this time guaranteeing the quality of its supplier. At all times Canvas Factory kept in communication and gave me super attention and first-rate quality on the final blackboard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde que los contacté para hacer una cotización y hasta que el producto fue entregado estuvieron a la ALTURA de lo que uno espera como consumidor, en todo momento atentos, con rápida respuesta a todas las interrogantes y con precios bastante accesibles.
El pedido lo hice desde Estados Unidos y ellos lo enviaron al domicilio de mis papás en el Estado de México. El tiempo de producción tomó 2 días después de que recibieron el pago, al 3er día ya estaba en manos de Fedex y 1 día después mis papás recibieron los cuadros.
El pago lo hice por medio de Xoom by PayPal.
Mi experiencia con este negocio fue muy agradable. Yo sé que muchas personas que viven en USA tienen eventos como XV años, bodas o simplemente se toman una foto familiar, así que esta es una excelente opción para que a su familia en México les hagan llegar una foto impresa en lienzo que seguramente les encantará como regalo!
Since I contacted them to make a quote and until the product was delivered, they were at the HEIGHT of what one expects as a consumer, at all times attentive, with a quick response to all questions and with quite accessible prices.
I made the order from the United States and they sent it to my parents' home in the State of Mexico. The production time took 2 days after they received the payment, on the 3rd day it was already in the hands of Fedex and 1 day later my parents received the paintings.
I made the payment through Xoom by PayPal.
My experience with this business was very pleasant. I know that many people who live in the USA have events such as XV years, weddings or simply take a family photo, so this is an excellent option for your family in Mexico to send them a photo printed on canvas that they will surely love. as a gift!
