★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ayer acudí a comprar calzado (el cual me parece bueno) solicite la compra a meses, el chavo el cual no sabía mucho acerca del sistema me cobró, se lo pedí a meses y el me dijo si con Banamex me aparece la opción, por lo que le di la tarjeta y me cobró, me pidió directo el NIP y todavía le dije que siempre los meses se ponen antes del nip y de mala manera me dijo así es aquí, aquí se ponen después ni que te estuviera mintiendo, y si paso directo, por lo cual todavía me dijo llama a tu banco y pide que te lo pongan a meses y le dije no, llama a la encargada y dame devolución y si, el chavo se había equivocado y por no saber y no preguntar lo metió directo, me hicieron la devolución y al querer ya sacarlo a meses mi tarjeta ya no lo permitio! Mal servicio del chavo y además dice cosas que no sabe con tanta seguridad! Ya he comprado varias veces y está vez no pude hacer la compra y no se ni siquiera si volveré! El servicio es muy importante!!! No pueden pasar errores tan tontos! La tienda fue la que está junto a la entrada a Suburbia ayer en la tarde! 0 recomendable ir ahí! Atención nefasta
