Me Fui a la sucursal de forum Tlaquepaque para cambiarlas por otro modelo esperando encontrar algo lindo, y que me van diciendo, que mis botas SI están disponibles en otra sucursal, rápido hablaron para apartarlas, no hice más que agradecer al chico de la caja su gran atención al Cliente ??? !!! a woman treated me wonderfully to acquire some boots that I fell in love, two months later I returned to request a guarantee because they broke ? and what a shame, but goodbye to their sympathy and good treatment, it was a bad after-sales service .. Compre las botas (Dorothy Gaynor) y hasta me dieron 90 días de tipo "garantía" y me pareció algo extraño, pues ahora entiendo porque... No tuvieron ni 10 usos mis botas y les sucedió esto, se abrió la suela del tacón de la bota. Desgraciadamente no las utilice mucho desde que las compré así que excedí el tiempo y obviamente tire el ticket, pero como me arrepiento de no haberlas utilizado más en el momento para haber visto la mala calidad de las botas!!!... Cabe aclarar que la chava que me atendió fue super amable y paciente. Desgraciadamente la mala calidad de los productos perjudican mucho la imagen del lugar Nice models, unfortunately very poor quality.
