★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solía ser cliente frecuente de está zapatería, recientemente adquirí unas botas, que me vendieron diciendo que eran 24.5 cm, después de usarlas en una ocasión me lastimaron y al querer cambiarlas me negaron el cambio por el uso, que es mínimo; me acerque a la encargada y lo primero que me dijo es que no existen medios números en ese modelo. Posteriormente argumenta que es un 24 que da hasta un 24.5; la caja aparece con la etiqueta del número despegada y otra chica empleada menciona que no sabe porqué, dentro del zapato donde se encuentra el número aparece marcado con plumón de manera arbitraria y sin ser de fábrica algo que según ellos es el medio número más. Tristemente nos vemos afectados como clientes ante situaciones de engaño con el objetivo de vender sin ética y sin el cumplimiento de lo que ofrecen en cuanto a cambios.
