★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El miércoles 27 de abril, Llevamos lo que nos pidieron para liberar el teléfono y el que recibe no quizo. Nos pasaron con un joven moreno de lentes con cubículo atrás de la 'recepción' y nos dijo a mi mamá y a mí que no se necesitaba factura ni le pidió el INE, sólo pidió el correo electrónico y el número de teléfono. Dijo que en 72 horas llegaba el código de liberación, le expliqué que AT&T no servía para salir del país pues cada que lo hago me quita el servicio. Dijo que todas las compañías telefónicas hacen lo mismo, pero no es así pues llegando de Cuba a México, mi acompañante quien llevaba Telcel sí tuvo servicio de telefonía y tuvo que compartirme su Internet para hacer unos pagos electrónicos por mi teléfono. Y cuando salgo a otro estado no hay recepción de esta compañía a los lugares que tengo que ir.
El correo electrónico nunca llegó y me vuelven a pedir lo mismo y dice el joven moreno de lentes que no se acuerda de nosotras y que no hay registro de que se haya hecho algo de nosotras en su sistema y que las políticas de salida del país así son aunque le presente evidencia de otra compañía, nop. La política dice que si sales del país por más de una semana se suspende para todas las compañías pero no es cierto, comprobado.
Se tuvo que ir a otro centro de servicio y en menos de 10 minutos quedó liberadito super bien.
