★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hola muy mala primera impresion , pedi cotizacion de mi puerta y su respuesta fue lenta pero no me dio precios, volvi a pedirla con Yadira y jamas recibi mi cotizacion. espero tengan mejor atencion al cliente porque asi pues ni como comprar.
 hello very bad first impression, I asked for my door quote and his response was slow but he did not give me prices, I went back to ask for it with Yadira and I never received my quote. I hope you have better customer service because so neither like buying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardaron mucho en la entrega de la puerta, mas de una semana y por si fuera poco, el instalador con el que ellos mismos trabajan nos quedó mal, pesimo servicio, muy poco recomendables.

Ellos se limpiaron las manos enviando a un carpintero el cual si tuvo la decencia de disculparse por la demora.
Jamás volvería a confiar en ellos para que me realizaran algún otra instalación.
Terrible service, we bought a door more than a month ago and they still haven't come to install it.
They cleaned their hands by sending a carpenter who had the decency to apologize for the delay.
I would never trust them again to do another installation for me.

No cumplieron con los tiempos de entrega, llegaron dañadas y no se hacen responsabes. La vendedora fabiola y el gerente
no dan la cara para resolver el asunto.
Tengan mucho cuidado si hacen compras con ellos y en que condiciones.
Lo que sigue es demandarlos y de todas maneras ya saliste perdiendo.
The most irresponsible company I have ever met.

they do not show their faces to resolve the matter.
Be very careful if you buy with them and in what conditions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deberían de respetar el cerrar a las 6 p.m. Llegue 6 min para las 6 p.m. y ya tenían las cortinas abajo con sus candados. Entiendo que se quieran ir, pero entonces no digan que cierran a las 6 p.m. y modifiquen en maps por que hay dice que cierran hasta 6:30 pm

Esto es un corte a la medida que se manda a hacer con proveedores, sin bastidor, sin cortes limpios.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tardaron más de un mes para venir a instalarla. Me trajeron una puerta que no era y tuve que esperar a que me trajeran otra.
La peor instalación jamás antes vista. Me dejaron la puerta toda rayada y mal cortada.
De verdad no elijan este lugar. No vale la pena ni un centavo.
It took over a month to come install it. They brought me a door that was not and I had to wait for another one to be brought to me.
The worst installation ever seen. I left the door all scratched and badly cut.
Do not really choose this place. Not worth a penny.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me cobraron 150 pesos por qué alguien a tomar medidas de las puertas, jamás acudieron a medir, además de que las que atienden lo hacen de un modo super arrogante. Al final fui a qué me regresarán el dinero ya que pues al parecer no les interesa brindar su servicio.
