Al hacer uso de mi servicio, me cobraron 400 pesos por morosidad en algunos pagos que porque le aparecía en el sistema; lo cual era falso. El paravan era prácticamente una tabla. La lona del todo super sucia, la estructura oxidada y chueca, la cafetera tiraba el agua, no daban información de nada. Estando en pleno velorio mandan a sus agentes de ventas con el pretexto de supervisar que todo esté bien y para prometerte las tarjetas del recuerdo, las cuáles nunca llegaron. Al contarle al agente que me hicieron un cobro injustificado, ella también se "percató" que me habían cobrado 200 pesos de más en el concepto de trámites. Entonces muy "amablemente" se ofreció a darme un " generoso" bono de 700 pesos por esos cobros indebidos. Entonces saca un contrato en blanco y me dice que para hacer efectivo el bono tengo que contratar un nuevo servicio con valor de 19,800 pesos!!!! Sinvergüenzas!!! Primero te cobran de más para poder darte el servicio y después te quieren volver a encharcar con otro servicio si quieres recuperar ese dinero! Los días siguientes siguieron llegando otros agentes a ofrecerte reponer tu servicio, lo cuál por supuesto no hice. NUNCA más con esta empresa tranza!!! Very bad experience.
