★ ★ ★ ★ ★ muy mal serviciio sacaron el ataul y de las capillas i me tenian presionando con el pago cuando yo andavba haciendo el deposoito nos dejaron afuera de las capillas y en sima de esto no me han entregado la acta de defuncion cuando ya pasaron 3 meses y es fecha que aun no me la entregan mi papa fue a recogerla y le dijieron que como no era el titular no se la podian entregar fui por la acta siendo yo la titular y resulta que me dicen que no la tienen no tienen ningun trato con el cliente estan todo el tiempo en el celullar incluso comiendo en la oficina la secretaria i el sr jesus que es la persona que me atendio i me estuvo exiguiendo el pago
Very bad service they took the coffin and the chapels and they had me pressuring the payment when I was making the deposit they left us outside the chapels and on top of this they have not given me the death certificate when 3 months have passed and it is the date They still haven't delivered it to me, my father went to pick it up and they told him that since it wasn't the owner, they couldn't give it to them, I went for the certificate, being the owner, and it turns out that they tell me they don't have it, they don't have any dealings with the client. all the time in the cellullar even eating in the office the secretary and mr jesus who is the person who attended me and he was demanding my payment
