Aunque tengas paquete comprado por anticipado cuando necesitas el servicio te cobran todo extra, desde ir por tu difunto, el papeleo, el certificado médico al final terminas pagando doble. Lo peor es que uno llega con la tristeza y son insensibles

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, ya se tenía un contrato y al momento de que se necesitó el servicio, resultó que se tenían que pagar más cosas (un total de $10,900 pesos extras cuando ya se había pagado anteriormente el servicio completo). Además de esto, los tipos a los que enviaron tenían una actitud déspota y parecía que le hacían a uno el favor ya que en el momento de los trámites había que estarlos buscando. Por otro lado el servicio de maquillado y embalsamado igualmente fue inexistente. De inicio a fin todo mal con esta empresa. Cero recomendable.

Muy mal servicio, pésima empatia.
Mi mamá en 2005 compró con ellos y ahora que necesitamos el servicio, me dicen que no viene en el contrato.
Claro mi mamá no pensó en el Covid, desafortunadamente a todos nos pego.
El hospital exige incineración y el contrato dice servicio de entierro, cero empatia, cero negociar, cero atención.
Entiendo lo del contrato pero espera mas empatia, poder negociar.
Al final a todos nos pego la pandemia y si actitud es no viene en el contrato. Si respuesta espera otro muerto para ocupar tu servicio, LLEVO 3 y esa es su respuesta
Conclusión no adquieras con Ellos porque si no tienes una maquina del tiempo, no sabes si viene en el contrato.
