★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sin duda cuando empeze a comprar en capital todo bien exelente pero llegó un momento donde todos sus display tienen mala calidad te funcionan bien exelente pero al pasar de 2 a 3 días fallan del touch o la imagen se les va lastima que eran muy buenos provedores ya que puedes la garantía al quitar la etiqueta en fuera de allí todos bien pero la verdad es de suerte que te salga bien uno entre 10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia. Compré una máquina para soldar y salió con defecto de fabrica. Para hacer válida la garantía solo es en un horario específico de 10 a 12. Osea que si tienes trabajo debes de dejarlo para llegar en ese horario. Una vez que hacen la revisión para saber si se te repara el artículo o se te cambia que esto es mínimo 8 días de dejar el artículo en tienda. En mi caso tuvo que ser cambio por una máquina nueva pues ni tenía reparación la que lleve, pero sorpresa es que ya esa se queda sin garantía. Si te falla por defecto de fabrica ya valió gorro tu inversión pues ya no tiene ningún respaldo y en mi caso también lo pusieron escrito en el ticket, que se hacía válida la garantía y que el remplazo ya no tenía nada de garantía.
Recomiendo buscar en otras tiendas. Pues invertir 3 mil, 5mil, 10 mil en un equipo y no tengas un buen respaldo sobre las garantías es preocupante.
