C	Cristina Hernández on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar pésimo, mi experiencia fue terrible no respetaron mi reservación que hice en línea, cuando llegue me comentaron que de momento tenían apagadas las plataformas de internet, no me dieron más explicación. Como no tenía dónde hospedarme pregunte si no tenían disponibilidad y dijeron que solo tenían una noche, me dieron una habitación que no tenía llave, estaba sucia, las sábanas sucias, los muebles sucios, mal olor, ruido de calle y olor a cigarro, me parece que es un motel más que un hotel, no volveré. Lastima tenía otra perspectiva de la cadena OYO Terrible place, my experience was terrible. They did not respect my reservation that I made online, when I arrived they told me that at the moment they had turned off the internet platforms, they gave me no further explanation. As I had no where to stay I asked if they did not have availability and they said they only had one night, they gave me a room that did not have a key, it was dirty, the sheets dirty, the furniture dirty, bad smell, street noise and the smell of cigarettes, I It seems like it is a motel rather than a hotel, I will not return. Too bad I had another perspective of the OYO chain

He llamado en repetidas ocasiones y me dicen el gerente me llamara. Tengo una semana esperando seguimiento, llamo y me cuelgan las llamadas, o me contestan, les digo el motivo de la llamada, me responden de forma grosera y cuelgan dejándome hablando solo. Muy mala atención al cliente AWFUL CUSTOMER ATTENTION !!!. I have two weeks trying to contact you for a clarification of a reservation which they did not make me valid. I have called repeatedly and they tell me the manager will call me. I have a week waiting for follow-up, I call and they hang up the calls, or they answer me, I tell them the reason for the call, they answer me rudely and they hang up leaving me talking to myself. Very bad customer service
N	Nailea Gonzalez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me respetaron el precio de la aplicación OYÓ Reserve con 2 días de anticipación (fueron 6 horas de camino) y al llegar ahí me dijeron k ya habían ocupado la habitación k había reservado y que el precio que aparecía en la página era muy bajo They did not respect the price of the OYÓ application I booked 2 days in advance (it was a 6-hour drive) and when I got there they told me that the room had already been occupied and that the price that appeared on the page was very low.

J	Jeremy S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel 202 Was a real bargain and Life saver taking in consideration the Revolution day weekend - Where most places are packed and extremely overpriced. Ended up stopping by without booking online. The lady on the front desk was very nice and the prices upfront did include taxes and fees. Room was pretty roomie and hot water did work. 5 /10 Walking distance to markets and downtown. The buses passing by in the morning wasn’t to bad - would rather have a small Window open then 4 walls like most fancy places.
