Worst hotel ever, totally not 24/7. Disgusting place! We arrived past midnight (plane landed at 2am) and headed straight there with a taxi. I had informed the hotel that we would arrive around this time yet NO ONE was there and the place was deserted. We tried knowing on doors and calling the phone number multiple times without luck. We had to go find another hotel in the middle of the night after travelling far. Worst hotel experience ever! The worst part is they took my creditcard money and keep ignoring our messages. A SCAM!

It’s a one star hotel for sure. CASH ONLY, no mention of this when I booked with Expedia. They didn’t have change for a 100.00 USD bill, in us or MXN, and gave me an exchange rate of 18.00 instead of 19.10 or whatever it should be, ie money in the attendants pocket for “his chicken tacos” as they say. I had to find a taxi drive at a nearby gas station and beg him to make change. Scummy hotel located in old retail shops of a beat down strip mall and airport car rental depot. Nothing like the pictures. The AC was freezing, 16c, which is great except when you’re sunburnt. There was no remote in the room or way to adjust it. There was no hot or even warm water. It felt like I was sleeping in a mattress firm with three beds in the room and giant glass retail facade. I had to ask for toilet paper. I would recommend spending another 10$ or so and staying at literally any other airport hotel.

This looks like the places where bodies are found in the morning. Extremely shady. The guy at the reception first wanted to give me a ground-level room that couldn't be locked because they lost the key insisting it was safe because he would be around. Then the room he gave me next smelled like old beans, the bed sheets looked unwashed, one of the towels had a grease stain on it, the bathroom was greasy and the room was infested with mosquitoes. I found another place and called for transportation there. Do not spend the night here unless you have no other options.

So it was late when we arrived and we were greeted very nicely by our hosts. We were led in the dark to a room that had the door wide open and exposed to the elements. Go figure, 10 minutes into our stay were greeted with our first cockroach. Thirty minutes later, our second cockroach jumped out of the bathroom. Both met their demise unfortunately. About ten minutes after that a gecko peeked its head out and hung out one the walls and watched me sleep all night. Cob webs in the shower, AC mildly worked, fridge didn’t work, bedsheets dirt. Just an overall unpleasant stay, even for the $30. Never again.

Not worth a star! We had booked at this supposedly 24/7 hotel, we informed us by e-mail that we were going to arrive around 2 o'clock in the morning and received confirmation that someone will be present. When we arrived there was no one in the reception, the building inside is horrible and smelled like cat pee. No one was available by phone and suddenly someone came and said that he was the owner but that all the rooms had already been rented out. When I said that we already had a reservation and had already paid for everything online, he said that his uncle manages the hotel, and that we should stay in a hotel elsewhere! In the meantime it was already later than 3 o'clock in the morning. What a mess! The owner of a gas station a few meters away, said this is not the first time he has heard from customers, apparently there is a lot of theft in that hotel !! Fortunately, that sweet man was able to help us by recommending us a hotel a kilometer away, which was still open, very clean and in the same price range. *** PEOPLE, IF YOU NEED A HOTEL TO REST FOR A FEW HOURS OR WAIT FOR YOUR PLANE, DON'T TAKE THIS HOTEL !! YOU ONLY GET MISERIE WITH IT !!! NOT YET A KILOMETER FURTHER, THERE ARE DIFFERENT POSSIBILITIES IN THE SAME PRICE RANGE !!!

The place is in a very shady looking area. I guess it used to be shops, but got converted into hotel rooms. Do not take the airport shuttle here. Totally overpriced. The only take cash and my boyfriend and I saw two huge roaches. If you can afford something better go for it. Only pros are it’s cheap and close to the airport!

Horrible, would not recommend, even for one night. Our room had no towels, blankets, toilet paper and the air conditioner went on full blast all night (we were freezing in Cancun!) The construction workers work at 7 am, the place is noisy from airplanes, and there are farm animals that wake you up early. And also to mention, the customer service is abysmal. The guy who checked us in had no hospitality and made us feel not welcomed. Also the wifi is terrible! You have to sit on the stairs, stairs in the main walking area, just to be connected. I have been to some awful hotels and this one is probably on the top of my list.

Horrible hotel. No one is ever available. The installations are dirty, they do not provide towels or hot water. They overcharge the fee to the airport, they tried to charge me $25USD for a 5 minute drive to the airport, and they demanded it to be cash. I walked outside the building and caught a regular taxi which charged me $7USD. The is no privacy in the rooms as the door is a sliding glass door with only a pull down curtain that does not cover the entire door. My wife was petrified about the place, there are bugs everywhere, it looks like a low life motel. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone, don't get caught up on the cheap price, which is the only good thing about the place and the location.
