★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The night attendant was rude, the place was dirty, the chair was old and falling apart, the comforter smelled like it had not been washed for sometime. I felt very unsafe to be there but had no other choice at the time. I would never return to it under the present conditions.
I would never recommend this place to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price was cheap and overnight not to bad then come 5am I discovered office closed so no access to coffee I had seen there and no hot water for the shower on a 39f morning. Arrived at airport rumpled and grumpy never a good way to start.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not stay here whatever you do do not book a this place the owner a Korean lady who doesn’t care about anybody just her self she will still your money when ask for a refund.
This the ugliest place in Monterrey and the duties the pictures they show on platform like Priceline hotels etc… is nothing but a lay this companies along whit the owner will never give you your money back.
ones you get to your room you’ll see that what their doing is fraud they are literally still your money and no matter how much you call they will always lay to you about one of them not approving a refund and they do that so they can keep your money..
This happen to me and my wife on April 12 ..please there are better hotels way closer to the airport this ping house.
