C	Cristy Velázquez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel de precio muy accesible , hermosa vista desde nuestra habitación, sin embargo le falta mucho mantenimiento, los baños principalmente , tarda mucho en salir el agua caliente , tienen una cortina de muy baja calidad, un abanico de piso que nos toco no funcionaba en cualquier toma corriente , las camas están muy incómodas y para ingresar a la recepción debes caminar unos 200 metros con escaleras , tienes que entrar por el área de restaurante y es muy incomodo mientras todos están comiendo tú entras con tus maletas . El personal si es muy amable . Pero esos detalles comentados son lo que hacen no muy grata Mi estancia muy corto ahí. Hotel with a very affordable price, beautiful view from our room, however it lacks a lot of maintenance, mainly the bathrooms, it takes a long time for the hot water to come out, they have a very low quality curtain, a floor fan that we had did not work at all outlet, the beds are very uncomfortable and to enter the reception you have to walk about 200 meters with stairs, you have to enter through the restaurant area and it is very uncomfortable while everyone is eating you enter with your bags. The staff is very kind. But those commented details are what make my very short stay there not very pleasant.
B	Basi Bar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La ubicación excelente puedes llegar caminando al centro de la ciudad. Cuenta con estacionamiento y se ingresa por ahí tienes que caminar todo y pasar por el restaurante con tus maletas y al final llegar a la recepción. El ingreso por el estacionamiento cierra a las 10pm. El hotel tiene muy buena vista, se agradece. No hay servicio al habitación, solicité me cambiarán el control de la televisión porque no servía, pero nunca lo hicieron, me ignoraron por completo. The excellent location you can walk to the city center. It has parking and you enter through there you have to walk all the way and go through the restaurant with your bags and finally reach the reception. Parking entrance closes at 10pm. The hotel has a very good view, it is appreciated. There is no room service, I asked to change the control of the television because it did not work, but they never did, they ignored me completely.

We ate breakfast at the hotel 2 days and it was Delicioso! The owner was very friendly and always around. We requested laundry service and was not done, no big deal! The owner apologized. There was some construction going on, but, never felt bothered. Our room was clean, sooooo big, and you could see almost the whole city of Taxco. I can't wait to go back.

We left for one hour and then came back and there was a raging teenage Halloween party going on we had to push our way through. And then they charged us more for the second night we stayed for no reason. The the staff was pretty nice tho
A	Anais Hernandez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a really chic little hotel. I only stayed for one night with a two day stay at TAXCO. My problem was the location. Don’t let google maps fooled you like it did to me. It’s correct this hotel is close to the main square but the problem is that Taxco is mountainous, the streets are narrow without sidewalk and dark and it makes it impossible to walk anywhere even when Google says 10 minutes. I tooked taxis everywhere. Do yourself a favor and book a hotel right on the square.
