★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hotel esta bellísimo. La amabilidad y atención excelente. Lo malo es que hay demasiado ruido por los salones de fiesta cercano y huéspedes que suben a la terraza hasta muy tarde y no puedes conciliar el sueño

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal muy desatento, no tienen conocimiento de lo básico para dar servicio a un huésped, no resuelven, las instalaciones están muy bien, todo con higiene y limpio.
Solamente el encargados, jefe de los demás, él si sabe atender y resolver. Recomendable capacitar al personal. Volvería a regresar si se presenta la ocasión.
The staff is very inattentive, they have no knowledge of the basics to provide service to a guest, they do not resolve, the facilities are very good, everything is hygienic and clean.
Only the manager, boss of the others, he knows how to attend and resolve. Staff training is recommended. I would go back if the opportunity arises.
