★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es lo que muestran en las aplicaciones de buscaste de hoteles las habitación son de una estrella sus toallas sábana y cubrecamas sucias.
Yo me hospede una noche y fue la peor experiencias y lo peor el agua caliente cuando sale pq tarda en salir dura segundo y se acaba.
Pésimo servicio apesar de que me cambiaron de habitación fue lo mismo
 It is not what they show in the hotel search applications, the rooms are one star, their towels, sheets and dirty bedspreads.
I stayed one night and it was the worst experience and the worst was the hot water when it comes out because it takes a second to come out and it ends.
Terrible service even though they changed my room it was the same

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Camas incomodas y apestosas, habitación sucia. Muy mal. Se negaron a la cancelación. Y a un reembolso igualmente se negaron. Pero ni así nos quedamos muy desagradable experiencia.
Uncomfortable and stinky beds, dirty room. Very bad. They refused to cancel. And to a refund they still refused. But even so we were very unpleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La fachada del hotel es linda. La recamara que me tocó estaba limpia y olía bien al llegar. Recepcionistas amables. No me gustó que se entrega habitación a las 12 pm si arribas más tarde. Los colchones están duros me costó dormir en ellos.
The facade of the hotel is nice. The room I got was clean and smelled good upon arrival. Friendly receptionists. I did not like that the room is delivered at 12 pm if you arrive later. The mattresses are hard I had a hard time sleeping on them.
