Extremely noisy. The were kids in the pool screaming the whole day every single day.
Rooms are not isolated. You can hear everything from the other rooms.
Wifi is very slow.
No breakfast options.
Rooms are not finished. Furniture is missing and you can see that the wc is missing parts.
No hot water
Low water pressure
Service ok but not very welcoming
Swimming pool very dirty
Room clean but the rest of the facility is very dirty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Nice hotel 1 block from beach access and located near the end of the Malecón. The food at restaurant is good (especially wings on Mondays) but service is just a little slow... Although very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chicken wing specials on Monday evening. Very good. Our singing waitress was so sweet. Nice atmosphere. Service was slow but they were very busy. We'll go again.
