E	Ernesto Angel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo era muy buen cliente cuando era el Ferri incluso lo recomendé y personalmente lleve bastante gente a hospedarse con estancias mínimas de 4 o 5 días, esta vez yo lleve a los clientes pero me pareció muy diferente el trato desde la recepción ignoro con que tipo de gente tengan que lidiar ,pero me pareció muy incisivo el reglamento a pesar de que todo mundo lo ignora,nosotros pedimos una copia para leerlo y conocerlo además de acatarlo en fin creo que un trato más relajado y amable sería un gran cambio y haría la diferencia I was a very good customer when it was the Ferry I even recommended it and personally I took quite a few people to stay with minimum stays of 4 or 5 days, this time I took the clients but I thought the treatment from the reception desk was very different. people have to deal with it, but I found the regulation very incisive despite the fact that everyone ignores it, we ask for a copy to read it and get to know it as well as abide by it, I think that a more relaxed and friendly treatment would be a great change and would make a difference
O	Oscar Herrero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recomiendo este hotel, la chica de recepción fue siempre muy amable y atenta, los cuartos estaban limpios, solamente un colaborador cuando llevo la terminal de pago fue bastante grosero evitando al tipo ese, todo bien I recommend this hotel, the girl at the reception was always very friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean, only one collaborator when I brought the payment terminal was quite rude avoiding that guy, all good

Terrible service from the receptionist, there are no toilets in the lobby, they do not allow visitors in the rooms (they only go to visit, not to sleep) and nothing empathic.

R	R.J. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi segunda vez estaba una mujer joven , súper grosera despista y mal educada , dice que tiene tiempo trabajando allí, pero la primera vez era una señora se ve muy humilde pero muy amable pero esta muchacha es muy grosera , el hotel es perfecto pero por ella no quiero volver , para agarrar un cuarto con calentador me cobro 300 pesos más algo horrible y la verdad el hotel no merece tener esas clase de empleados que lo único que ha en darle una marítima reputación a al hotel . Lo siento espero regresar y no volver a ver a esa mujer , la otra señora humilde es muy amable y muy buena persona , la otra sale uno buenos días y ni contesta , déspota y grosera se cree la dueña del hotel .
