Mis hijas y yo andamos enfermas de gripa y obvio con un clima de 6 grados, no pienso bañarme con el agua helada que sale de la regadera. Estaba saliendo ya agua caliente, pero solo duró un minuto y luego el agua helada hizo que ni siquiera pudiéramos terminar de bañarnos. Las camas súper duras, me desperté a las 3:30 de la mañana porque tenía muchisimo frio y solo tenía dos cobijas no muy calientitas. Ojalá pudieran mejorar porque es acogedor el trato, pero desafortunadamente el lugar no ayuda I'm not coming back here. The staff that attends is very friendly, but the stay is bad. I wanted to bathe and hot water came out for about a minute no more. My daughters and I are sick with the flu and obviously with a climate of 6 degrees, I am not going to bathe with the ice water that comes out of the shower. Hot water was already coming out, but it only lasted a minute and then the icy water meant that we couldn't even finish bathing. The beds were super hard, I woke up at 3:30 in the morning because I was very cold and I only had two not very warm blankets. I wish they could improve because the treatment is cozy, but unfortunately the place does not help

No pretendo ser grosera, pero tengan cuidado al realizar sus reservaciones porque el dinero tampoco fue de vuelto cuando nos informaron que teníamos la reservación pagada, pero que no había habitaciones, tampoco nos ayudaron a encontrar otro hotel y no solo hablo por los contratiempos, es incluso peligroso llegar y no tener donde hospedarse. Terrible service. We made a reservation in advance and we were not honored. The staff in charge leaves much to be desired with its inefficiency. I do not mean to be rude, but be careful when making your reservations because the money was not returned when they informed us that we had the reservation paid, but that there were no rooms, they did not help us find another hotel and I am not only talking about the setbacks, it is even dangerous to arrive and not have a place to stay.
