★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mis hijos van cada semana y les gusta mucho. Es muy divertido y hacen bastante ejercicio. Las maestras los van ayudando a superar y poco a poco van haciendo más y más cosas. Ni hemos participado en ningún tipo de competencia así que no puedo opinar de su nivel. Lo recomiendo mucho para llevar a niños pequeños a que saquen toda su energía.
My kids go every week and they really like it. It's a lot of fun and they get a lot of exercise. The teachers are helping them to overcome and little by little they are doing more and more things. We have not participated in any type of competition so I cannot comment on its level. I highly recommend it to take small children to get all their energy out.

Su comunidad es como mi segunda familia, el ambiente es muy cómodo y siempre se prefiere la cooperación ante la competencia. Los entrenamientos se adaptan a la condición física de cada quien, y los maestros son profesionales de primer nivel.
I have been practicing Capoeira in Longe do Mar since 2004 and I have never stopped learning. Your community is like my second family, the environment is very comfortable and cooperation is always preferred over the competition. The training is adapted to the physical condition of each person, and the teachers are professionals of the first level.
