Muy buena atención de su staff desde el momento de la recepción y los meseros, en especial Miriam,Magdaleno y Griselda, que nos trataron de maravilla.... Excellent place to dine and taste Italian dishes inside the Barceló Maya hotel. Good variety of a la carte dishes and drinks. Very good attention from your staff from the moment of reception and the waiters, especially Miriam, Magdaleno and Griselda, who treated us wonderfully ....

Nos dieron reserva a las 22:00 hrs, y a las 23:00 horas nos comienzan a correr, 23:30 llegan y nos arrebatan TODO lo que están en la mesa, así nada más, nos arrebataron TODO LO QUE TENIAMOS EN LA MESA, copas, platos todo. Falta un anuncio en la entrada que menciones "Trague todo lo que pueda en 60 minutos y lárguese de aquí". El lugar más corriente y grosero que me ha tocado visitar en varios años $ 3'325 por noche y un anuncio que menciona: "Gastronomía El hotel Barceló Maya Tropical ofrece una excelente y variada gastronomía para el deleite de sus visitantes. Los huéspedes podrán escoger entre cualquiera opción de la variada selección de restaurantes que incluyen uno tipo buffet totalmente climatizado y dos 2 restaurantes de especialidad, el Capri y el Santa Fe; así como el Palmeras, un restaurante a pie de playa, ubicado frente al mar Caribe." Que sus trabajadores no se quejen cuando bajé la cantidad de gente que reserva, la atención no da para más. Take your precautions with this place, tomorrow I'm going to ask who is responsible. It isn’t Italian restaurant. It is a fake. Tiramisu was with strange green and red drops))) But service was OK and clean.
