Aunque las fotos tienen mucha calidad por sus muy buenas camaras hay muchos puntos a mejorar en el aspecto del servicio y garantia de satisfaccion.
Les solicite un retrabajo de un poster en el que en la toma no estaba centrado el festejado.
Y durante la correccion, en un resultado preliminar de la correccion de centrado, via telefonica me dijo el propietario de Captura...
-No quiero que busque en la foto corregida mas cosas que no le vayan a gustar.
A mi consideracion les falta humildad y saber reconocer que su trabajo no siempre es perfecto. Y si ofrecen garantia al material entregado haganlo con actitud de servicio. Con esa mala actitud que me expresaron preferi quedarme el poster mal centrado.

In my opinion they lack humility and know how to recognize that their work is not always perfect. And if they offer a guarantee to the material delivered, do so with a service attitude. With that bad attitude that they expressed to me, I preferred to keep the badly focused poster.
