★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima caseta, la mayoría de las veces solo está una caseta en operación y eso en que es hora pico. Cada rato se descompone el sensor del IAVE. Y tienen que cerrar y apagar la caseta. Tiempo desperdiciado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención en la caseta creo que es muy buena pero cuando entras a la autopista en breve te das cuenta que parece una carretera libre ya que está en malas condiciones aparte de lo peligroso que es transitar en ella por causa de la delincuencia organizada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Libramiento muy bueno. Ahorras bastante tiempo y no pasa uno el caos de tráfico que es la ciudad de Querétaro y San Juan del Río. De Palmillas a Apaseo y viceversa llegó uno de manera rápida y segura.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considero que hace falta ampliar a más carriles debido a la cantidad de tráfico que transita por allí, y esto provoca que cada vez los tiempos de espera se hagan más largos, más aún que gran parte del tráfico es transporte de carga. También revisen los cambios de turno porque a veces los hacen durante las horas pico.
I consider that it is necessary to expand to more lanes due to the amount of traffic that transits there, and this causes that each time the waiting times become longer, even more so that much of the traffic is cargo transport. Also check the shift changes because sometimes they are made during peak hours.
