★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alfonso at Car 2 in Guaymas really saved me from a dire situation. My car, after 15 years of Minnesota winters, sprung a corrosion leak in a brake line soon after entering Mexico. We made it to San Carlos (refilling the brake fluid frequently) but I was concerned about finding good service that could fix the problem. Alfonso sourced new steel brake lines and fittings., bent them into position and bled the lines to perfection. This a miserable and demanding job, but he completed it in less than a day. I recommend this shop highly. If you hang around, don't miss the numerous hummingbirds that come to the feeder just inside the shop.
