Terrible service, bad attention, when they gave me my car they just parked it and nobody gave it to me or explained what they did to it. Very bad experience!

Y para colmo no eran las partes correctas. Asi que otros 2 meses para conseguir piezas usadas.
Mas de 10 tornillos perdidos del motor y la transmision.
Dejan cables sueltos.
Soportes mal instalados.
Se gastan la gasolina del vehiculo para prender el clima y usar el radio.
Se tuvo que reemplazar mangueras y sellos despues de los 3 meses de tener parado el carro. (A cuenta del usuario)
No tienen servicio de contacto con el cliente
No tienen control de calidad
No saben pintar
No saben enderezar.
No pueden ni lavar bien un automovil.
Si tu aseguradora te lo recomienda, cambia de seguro.
2 months to get parts, 2 weeks to install them,
And to top it all they weren't the right parts. So another 2 months to get used parts.
More than 10 missing engine and transmission bolts.
They leave loose wires.
Brackets installed incorrectly.
They use up the vehicle's gasoline to turn on the weather and use the radio.
Hoses and seals had to be replaced after 3 months of stopping the car. (On behalf of the user)
They do not have customer contact service
They have no quality control
They don't know how to paint
They don't know how to straighten.
They can't even wash a car well.
If your insurer recommends it, change your insurance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor taller que he conocido, irresponsables, el tiempo de entrega de un simple golpe es de 6 semanas, no revisan bien las fallas mecánicas y salen muchos detalles en la entrega final.
The worst workshop I have ever known, irresponsible, the delivery time of a simple blow is 6 weeks, they do not review mechanical failures well and many details come out in the final delivery.
