En mi caso tuve un problemita porque me instalaron más una pieza, pero fue un descuido y ellos pagaron la reparación consiguiente. El problema es que tardaron casi un mes en qué el coche quedará perfecto ( por suerte solo me dejaron si él un mes). En el caso de la pintura tuvieron un trabajo perfecto; los tonos coinciden perfectamente, prácticamente no se nota que lo repintaron. Overall good service and friendliness. Muy accesible por san pedro, en geneal el personal es muy amable y si estas trabajando con una aseguradores no tienes ningun problema, te explican el proceso y listo. A veces se tardan en tener las piezas pero es dificil saber si es problema de ellos o de las armadoras. Una vez que te confirman las piezas realizan rapido el trabajo y lo dejan muy bien hecho. He arreglado varios autos ahi y lo recomiendo ampliamente. One of the best places I know to take your hohalateria and paint car repaired. Pedi a la aseguradora que saquen mi auto de ahí y lo dejaron más abollado y golpes de más que no tenía, la aseguradora no quería hacerse cargo de los golpes pero les enseñé fotos del siniestro contra las de después de sacarlo de este taller y me dieron la razón, Sin afán de exagerar y con base en mi experiencia no lo recomiendo nada. Cuando me lo entregaron le dieron un trapazo pero polvo aquí y allá. Ahora tengo que llevar el carro a detallar de la pintura porque para dejar mi carro ahí por garantía me lo entregarían en otro mes más casi creo. Oberlin fue muy amable en su trato pero no justifica el mal trabajo de las personas de hojalatería y pintura. También me brisearon de pintura la puerta del lado que trabajaron. El puro trabajo en sí, aunque era golpe fuerte no demoraba más de 15 días. Además no te informan del avance del vehículo. Al final esperaba que mínimo el trabajo fuera de buena calidad pero tampoco. El dueño cuando lo tratas se porta bien, pero el taller no da buenos resultados.
