★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención de la encargada del centro de servicio, muy amable y atenta con todos los clientes, los mecánicos, profesionales y actualizados, cuenta con una modesta pero acogedora sala de espera que por cierto está muy limpia, totalmente recomendable, vale cada peso que se invierte. SERVICIO DE PRIMERA. Finalmente, espero que no me decepcione.
 Excellent care of the service center manager, very friendly and attentive to all customers, mechanics, professionals and updated, has a modest but cozy waiting room that by the way is very clean, totally recommended, worth every weight that is invest. FIRST SERVICE. Finally, I hope you don't disappoint me.

Además mintieron sobre el trabajo que necesitaba mi carro. Me querían cambiar amortiguadores cuando en realidad necesitaba otras cosas más importantes, como los bujes.
Terrible work. I paid for the change of two kneecaps and they only changed one.
They also lied about the job my car needed. They wanted to change shock absorbers when I really needed other more important things, like the hubs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quisieron sacar su aguinaldo con mi carro, inflando el presupuesto al quintuple de lo que costaba la reparacion. Inventan fallas que el carro no tiene si creen q no le sabes. Ladrones y deshonestos como pocos.
They wanted to get their bonus with my car, inflating the budget to five times what the repair cost. They make up flaws that the car doesn't have if they think you don't know about it. Thieves and dishonest like few.

Very good service. Try to get there early, because they have a lot of people. I adopted them as head mechanics during the pandemic, and so far so good. They have not seemed abusive to me, but quite transparent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Típico taller de la zona donde vas por un problema en un amortiguador y para ellos tienes que cambiar la suspension completa. Solo los recomiendo para comprar llantas o cosas de mecanica sencillas como cambiar aceite. Mecánica mas compleja no son honestos, abusan en los presupuestos cuando la gente no sabe mucho.
Typical workshop in the area where you go for a shock absorber problem and for them you have to change the complete suspension. I only recommend them to buy tires or simple mechanical things like changing oil. More complex mechanics are not honest, they abuse budgets when people do not know much.

Me cotizaron 4 por casi 7500 pesos donde en otra llantera firestone por neza me las habian cotizado en menos de 4mil pesos pero no aceptaban american express por eso no las instale en neza....... fui a costco de Atizapany encontre michellin por 4500 pesos para mi coche.
The tires they sell here are super expensive. They quoted me 4 for almost 7,500 pesos where in another firestone tire shop they had quoted me for less than 4,000 pesos but they did not accept american express so I did not install them in neza....... I went to costco in Atizapany and found michellin for 4500 pesos for my car.
