★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Increíble que publiqué mi revisión y se atrevan a poner el apellido, de minmi esposa, cuánta ética!!! Insisto: Apenas entregaron mi camioneta y a los 5 días la facia delantera ya se está desprendiendo.
La camioneta se recibió en condiciones regulares con las que podíamos lidiar. Lo que es inadmisible es que la fascia esté desprendiendose pues causa un riesgo a la seguridad de mi familia y puedo causar un accidente de forma involuntaria. El trato de parte del señor Joel no ha sido amable, todo lo contrario, se molesta y no acepta responsabilidad alguna. Retiraremos nuestra reseña mala solo si queda arreglado el problema.

The van was received in fair condition that we could deal with. What is unacceptable is that the fascia is detaching as it causes a risk to the safety of my family and I can cause an accident unintentionally. The treatment from Mr. Joel has not been kind, on the contrary, he gets upset and does not accept any responsibility. We will withdraw our bad review only if the problem is fixed.

Abren a las 9:00 am pero te atienden hasta las 9:30 am
Te dicen una hora para entregárte tu unidad llegas y obvi no lo han revisado, lo revisas tú, te das cuenta que algo está mal les comentas y te contestan gritandote.
Después te dicen a bueno venga mañana, mañana se lo entregamos
Quedan muy formarles de avisarte a qué hora puedes pasar por el y esto nunca sucede
Poca seriedad e importancia al cliente
The road to get there is horrible
They open at 9:00 am but they serve you until 9:30 am
They tell you an hour to deliver your unit, you arrive and obviously they haven't checked it, you check it, you realize that something is wrong, you tell them and they answer yelling at you.
Then they tell you, well, come tomorrow, we'll deliver it to you tomorrow.
They are very educated in letting you know what time you can stop by and this never happens
