★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve mi carro a servicio el lunes, pero no me solucionaron un detalle, y les dije que me cotizaran el foco y aun no recibo respuesta, parece que no les interesa dejar al cliente satisfecho. Adjunto foto del aviso que aparece en el tablero.

Continúan dando el peor servicio. No contestan, no dan seguimiento. Última vez que compro un Mercedez gracias a esta agencia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve mi auto al servicio, cita sábado 8:30 a.m. dieron las 9:00 a.m. y el asesor ni sus luces... deje la llave. No me entregaron si no hasta el lunes. El asesor nuca se comunico conmigo, en verdad es pésimo el servicio de Hugo Meza, nunca contesto su oficina, ni el móvil. Es la primera agencia de Mercedes que me reciben el sábado para un servicio normal y entregan hasta el lunes. Que pasa con la atención a clientes de Mercedes en verdad pésima experiencia. No bueno y para sacar la cita fue otra travesía, no contestan los teléfonos y el WhatsApp lo contestan cada que quieren...
Take my car to the service, appointment Saturday 8:30 am. gave 9:00 a.m. and the adviser or his lights... leave the key. They didn't deliver if not until Monday. The advisor never communicated with me, Hugo Meza's service is really terrible, I never answer his office, nor his cell phone. It is the first Mercedes agency that receives me on Saturday for a normal service and delivers until Monday. What about Mercedes customer service, really terrible experience. Not good and to make the appointment it was another journey, they don't answer the phones and they answer WhatsApp whenever they want...
