★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I flew into Cancun late into the morning and found Aventuras Paradise Rentals on Google when searching for a car rental company located in Tulum where I was staying. I messaged them on WhatsApp and almost immediately they responded. They were fast, professional and the communication was excellent.
We coordinated they would drop the rental off at the air b&b (no extra charge), SAME DAY and when they did we did a quick inspection of the outside, inside and level of the gas tank to ensure we knew what conditions to return it in. They provided us with tips of the road and where to and not to park while we were here in Tulum, which was very very helpful.
Upon pick up at our air b&b it was the same professionalism and courtesy they showed us earlier in the week during drop off. Our next visit to Tulum we will absolutely return to Aventuras as a customer. Muchas gracias, mi amigos!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regrettably, renting a car from the big companies in Mexico (e.g. Hertz, MexCar, Dollar) is worse than getting a root canal. Car Rental PA was a breath of fresh air. They were professional, honest, prompt and helpful. Best of all, there were no surprises. I didn't feel even a little bit ripped off (which is a new feeling considering the circumstances).
They delivered the car to our condo and arranged for an efficient transfer back to the airport. I can't imagine the whole experience being any smoother. If you're traveling to PA definitely contact them ahead of time and they'll take good care of you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands off this provider! We booked a car and paid for everything! Then we booked a 3 day trip with overnight stay. The day before the start, the car rental company booked us our money back and said that they no longer have a car for us because someone else wants to keep their car longer! We didn't get a car anywhere and were left with the hotel costs. Due to the daily exchange rate, we lost an additional 17 euros because the dollar was worse when it was repaid! With this rental, a contract is worthless!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So glad we found Car Rental PA. I definitely agree with other reviews. Simply the best car rental company out there! There was no comparison to our previous experience with a car rental from the airport. The whole experience was so simple and stress free. We paid extra to have pick up to and from the airport to our condo in PA. Within minutes of arrival our rental car was dropped off at our condo. Excellent communication through WhatsApp. We were continually shocked at the ease of the rental process and how good and friendly the customer service was. One of the best decisions I made and will only use them in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a 7-passenger vehicle from Jean. This was by far an easy, pain free rental process. His prices were honest, no hidden fees upon arrival. We also arranged an airport shuttle for the four of us in our group, again easy! We used them for a few shuttle trips while visiting PA, and simple and convenient! When we come back there is no doubt we will use them again! Not one complaint. Stay away from the airport rentals, you will waist the first day of your trip annoyed.
