I've rented cars multiple times in Tepic and the biggest relief for me was finding this rental agency. Exceptional service, great communication and ability to directly text or call the manager in charge at anytime. Good selection of cars if you schedule ahead. Aside from all these things, the main reason I am reviewing this agency is because the price I reserved is the price I paid. In other words, NO HIDDEN FEES! Every other agency (Hertz, Dollar, etc) promised me a low price but always added huge fees and mandatory insurance when you got there. ABI includes everything for one low price. Servicio excepcional, excelente comunicación y capacidad para enviar mensajes de texto o llamar directamente al gerente a cargo en cualquier momento. My family and I were looking for a place to rent a van to accommodate our family of 8 In Tepic, Nayarit. We came across ABI Car Rental. The owner Isidro is very nice and helpful.Great prices.The van was in great condition and was a perfect fit for us. Thank you Isidro for the excellent customer service.

High deposit, compared to 3 other car rentals in the area. But salesmen great service.

It was hard to find a rental since everyone else didn’t have any cars available.I had found another place but a friend told me about Abi’s so ofcourse I was going to chose a place where someone I knew had gone to. Price was reasonable, they do ask for a deposit or cc on file (make sure to call the bank to unblock your card beforehand because I didn’t but luckily I had my second dc that worked) They track the car as they should since it’s a rental and which it actually made me feel safer Incase anything were to happen you just never know! We drove to Punta de mita in it and had no issues at all. They also went to pick up the car to the airport at the end which omg it was very convenient. There’s two guys one which was Isidro both were very polite and professional . Definitely renting from them when I go back to my hometown.
